Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized and bulk nature of our products, order cancellations are subject to strict timelines and conditions:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation, provided processing or dispatch has not yet begun.
  • Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • For specially sourced or customized bulk orders (including specific batch requests from manufacturers), cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.

Refunds are applicable only under specific and valid circumstances:

  • If the delivered Goods are damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence (images, videos, batch details).
  • Upon verification and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
  • No additional fees will be charged for approved refunds.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The Goods must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.

Non-Returnable Goods

  • Goods that were custom sourced or tailored to your specific requirements.
  • Products that are sensitive to storage conditions and may deteriorate after delivery.
  • Any material that has been mixed, reformulated, or integrated into production.
